- Delivery after dispatch is usually 3–4 business days.
Courier Service
- We employ best-in-class express delivery options such as FedEx and DHL for fast and secure transit. We reserve the right to select the courier who most efficiently offers delivery for your destination.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs Duty
- All deliveries are made on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Custom charges and import duties are the buyers' responsibility
- Please contact your local customs authority for estimated costs before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Products
- If your tracking is showing "delivered" and you did not receive your package, you should contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days from the date we specified as the delivery date to initiate an investigation.
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted. We will then replace lost or damaged products in transit with a full store credit or replacement upon verification by the carrier. Lost orders are not refundable.
Rescheduling and Delivery Issues
- You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. It is up to you to track and make arrangements with the courier.
- In case a courier attempts delivery when you are away, you need to organize a redelivery directly with them.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts more than once may cause the parcel to be destroyed, which we have no responsibility for.
- Unaccepted Deliveries: If you decline delivery and request the courier to bring the parcel back, it may get lost or destroyed. We are not able to exchange products in these cases—please accept delivery and follow our returns process.
- Incorrect Address: Double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once shipped. Where undelivered, the parcel would be destroyed as return costs and duties are too high, and we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
Other Policies
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation on payment receipt. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Support Team.
- Combined Shipments: Multiple orders going to the same address can be combined to conserve shipping time and cost unless otherwise directed.
- Complimentary Items: Orders of quantities larger than 10 may not include complimentary items. Exceptions can be arranged with prior authorization from our customer service team.
